1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reservations for Eight website, application, or services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Reservations for Eight is a membership-based social dining and matchmaking platform, not a dating guarantee or matchmaking agency.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate, truthful information

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our sole discretion.

3. Membership & Fees

  • Membership currently costs $349 per person

  • Event fees are separate and paid directly to venues unless otherwise stated

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

Membership grants access to the platform and invitations to curated dinner events. It does not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or attendance at any specific event.

4. Event Reservations & No-Show Policy

To reserve a seat at an event:

  • A valid credit card is required

  • A no-show fee (default $50, subject to change) may be authorized

If you fail to attend an event without proper cancellation, you authorize us to charge the no-show fee.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Be respectful and truthful

  • Use real, recent photos

  • Not harass, threaten, or deceive others

  • Not use the platform for solicitation, escorting, or commercial activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

6. Likes, Loves & Matches

  • “Like” and “Love” signals express interest only

  • Mutual interest does not guarantee seating at an event

  • Users may withdraw (“unlike” or “unlove”) interest at any time

We do not guarantee compatibility, chemistry, or outcomes.

7. Safety & Disclaimer

Reservations for Eight:

  • Does not conduct criminal background checks

  • Is not responsible for user behavior

  • Does not supervise in-person interactions

You participate in events at your own risk. Use good judgment.

8. Payments & Third-Party Services

Payments are processed through Stripe and other third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials are owned by Westfield Enterprises, LLC or licensed for use. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Reservations for Eight and Westfield Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violations or misuse.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Profile photos are visible only to authenticated users

  • Photos may not be downloaded or reused

  • You control whether optional information (such as age) is displayed

4. Payments & Financial Data

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store credit card numbers.

  • Event invitations

  • Like/Love notifications

  • Account notices
